Like we didn’t see this coming..
Multiple sources are reporting that their cloud franchises on PS4 are not syncing with the Madden Companion App now that they are on PS5. I’d like to say that this is a shocking development but with how Madden treats franchise, it certainly isn’t.
You’d think Sean Graddy, the guy that looked everyone in the face when #FixMaddenFranchise was trending on Twitter and told the franchise community they are “critically important” would be on top of something like this. Any company with competition for their product would be forced to make sure they don’t anger their consumer base with the game has a .2 community rating on metacritic.
But, we live in a world where Madden does what Madden does and no one can stop then, nor does there seen to be any interest in doing so. The NFL happily takes their money and consumers that just want to play football still but the game, so much that… a game that has a .2 community rating is a top ten seller in 2020.
